Gumdrop Return Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

Eligible Returns

Sealed candy & toys may be returned in person within 5 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Items must be unopened, in original manufacturer packaging, and in resalable condition.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened candy or food products
Opened toys or sensory products (including slime and squishies)
Seasonal or limited-edition items
Clearance items
Custom items including but not limited to candy bouquets, gift boxes and specialty items.

In-Store Purchases

All in-store purchases must be returned in person at our store. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment when applicable.

Defective Products

If a product is manufacturing defective, please bring it back within 5 days with your receipt and we will gladly exchange it for the same item when available.

Online Orders

Online purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup if unopened and in resalable condition.

Gift Card Notice

Remarkable Holdings, LLC DBA Gumdrop Garden is a new ownership and a separate legal entity from the previous business that operated at this location.

As part of the transition, no liabilities or outstanding balances from the previous business were assumed, including previously issued gift cards.

Therefore:

Gift cards issued prior to December 2024 cannot be redeemed. As a courtesy, we will offer a one time 20% discount in exchange for the gift card.
